It helped me a lot in understanding these comfortable jackets. Its special feature is the tailored elbow section, and it’s extremely comfortable — it almost feels like the farsetto is holding your arm while wearing it. For the quilting, the original features vertical stitching, which is also an option. In my ready-to-wear version, I used horizontal quilting, as I believe this offers more stability for everyday wear.
