How to measure

Chest: around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
Waist: around the narrowest part of the waist, keeping the tape horizontal.
Height: barefoot, from the top of the head to the soles of the feet.
Arm length: from the shoulder point to the wrist.
Shoulder length: from the base of the neck to the shoulder point.

Measure with a soft tape over thin clothing, ideally with someone to help you.
